Our compact courses are made up of 2days that consist of 7hours for each session, led by CareDo Founder/CEO; Ms Tan Yunn Jin a TCM practitioner who is also a confinement class lecturer, and specialized in the maternity industry.
The contents of courses are well covered which include about infant care, baby sleeping coach, breastfeeding, postpartum exercise, theory on DIY confinement meals, herbs mixing, the benefits of using baby box as a maternity starter kit and etc. We also care about the parents physical and mental state, and during the course, we will focus on enhancing the communication between husband and wife.
