The YMCA KL SuperfunKids is a is a fortnightly community awareness programme for young families and weekend safe space tailored specially for children aged 3 to 12 years to meetup new friends their age and participate in creative challenges as well as educational experiences outside their school environment. The YMCA KL SuperfunKids encourages the wholesome creative and social development of a child with the presence of a supportive Parent or Guardian, when possible. We hope to encourage the participation of not just their friends and siblings but also the crucial presence of their parents in the sustainable growth and evolution of this programme, as we provide an opportunity everyone to bond over a fun weekend.
At the moment, SuperfunKids is hosting an Arts & Craft For Kids twice a month in the afternoon on Sundays @YMCAKL.
NOTE: Eventbrite Ticket(s) claimed serve purely on the purpose of interest expression to participate. Payment of RM10.00* for each Single Child and RM5.00* for each Accompanying Child can be made at the Door on Event Day. Any amount of Donation above the Payment for the continuation of this Childhood / Family Development Programme is highly appreciated.

*All rates for YMCAKL SuperfunKids are NOT subjected to 6% GST. Payment is in a form of Minimum Donation per participant. We appreciate in-kind contributions and generous donations in monetary form to fund the sustainability of art supplies and resources used for each Session. Sessions are for Children participating with Siblings and/or Friends in a Maximum of four (4) Secondary Participants. Parents are encouraged to accompany and assist their children during sessions.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
The YMCA KL SuperfunKids is a fortnightly community awareness programme for young families, therefore both YMCA KL Members and Non-Members are allowed to participate. The age requirement for the participating child / children is between the age of 3 to 12 years. Attending adults should be a legal Parent or Guardian of the participating child / children.
What can I bring into the event?
The YMCA KL SuperfunKids encourages the wholesome creative and social development of a child with the presence of a supportive Parent or Guardian. For our Sunday Arts & Craft Sessions, your child / children may bring their own art supplies / resources if they insist. However, since the Partcipation Fees directly funds the programme, we would like to provide every participating child the basic creative utensil / device for their craft projects. However, as this programme encourages positive social interaction between children and making new friends; sharing is also an integral value we hope to instil among the children.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
We encourage you to bring your printed ticket to the YMCA KL SuperfunKids Sessions as per registered by you. However, if you have forgottten or lost the ticket, we will only require a confirmation of your ID on our participation list. Eventbrite Ticket(s) claimed serve purely on the purpose of interest expression to participate. Payment of RM10.00 for each Single Child can be made at the Door on Event Day.
Could I walk-in to this event without registering in Eventbrite?
Yes, you can. However, we would like you to understand that there is a minimal Payment for every YMCA KL SuperfunKids Sunday Arts + Crafts session. This fee helps to financially cover the purchase and replenishing of resources and art supplies for the programme. Payment of RM10.00 for each Single Child and RM5.00 for each Accompanying Child can be made at the Door on Event Day. Any amount of Donation added above the Payment for the continuation of this Childhood / Family Development Programme is highly appreciated.
