Motherhood is no easy feat. It is a time in a woman’s life when everything is changing. Suddenly, everything is stripped down to the essentials. A woman who has become a mother no longer works for herself alone, but for the family’s well being and happiness. There is no more need for fancy things, but love and quality time will always be a priority.
With motherhood being tough as it is, mums need a helping hand to get them through the daily challenges of becoming a parent. MumCentre has been with mothers, both seasoned and new, for years now. It is Mumcentre’s mission to help all the mothers out there find out how they can make family life much easier and happier.
As a way of thanking all the mothers out there for their continued support, MumCentre is having the MumCentre survey, one of the company’s latest innovations for the site. Launched only in March this year, the MumCentre aims to reach out to a bigger number of readers, particularly mothers, through the survey.
The MumCentre survey, which will run until the end of May 2011, is open to existing and new MumCentre members from the Philippines, Singapore and Malaysia. The survey is also a contest wherein members will get the most number of referrals within the two-month duration. Whoever gets the most number of referrals will be given a special prize courtesy of one of MumCentre’s many sponsors.
The contest mechanics are very simple. To participate, entrants must be registered MumCentre members. Registration to MumCentre is free. All members must update their member profiles and complete the survey. Only fully answered survey forms will be considered official entries.
The competition runs six levels for Philippines, four levels for Singapore, and five levels for Malaysia. A successful referral means the referred person also needs to register for the free MumCentre membership and accomplish the survey form. Successful invites of one to ten friends will merit consolation prizes.
Entrants will also get the chance to participate in the electronic raffle and win the top prize by inviting more people to sign up and complete the MumCentre survey. Members can send in referrals beyond the required number of points per level.
Prizes to be won include Wink to Learn Virtual Flash Cards, Life Stages Guide, Wink to Learn Learning Guide, Wink to Learn 5-in-1 Learning DVD bundle, Cradle and Cycle products, and Fisher Price Pooh Activity Keys.
