Continue supplements like folic acid, calcium, iron and B- complex throughout pregnancy. If you haven’t already started tracking your weight, start using your charts and record your weight gain to ensure adequate growth. If your morning sickness is making you too weak or you are losing too much weight, consult your doctor. But don’t be alarmed by a little weight loss due to morning sickness – it’s perfectly normal! If symptoms persist consult a doctor.
