Little Hess Play Groupers have grown with Hess from 18 months all the way into Primary Speech and Writing. The programme creates a love for learning, speaking, reading and listening. Through lots of songs, rhymes and movements, tots socialise and become familiar with playing alongside other toddlers. Using all their senses they explore themes to develop vocabulary and sentences. With lots of repetition the students become comfortable with numbers, letters and phonics. Hess teachers understand little ones. They create an environment where children can absorb and explore with little guidance. The sensory wall allows them to do this as do the interactive activities incorporated throughout the lesson, the class moves quickly from activity to activity. Little ones are able to take out books from the library stocked with familiar classics. Plus all Hess students become members to Scholastic’s online book club, Bookflix, the minute they join the class.
