This is a special three-hour pre-natal class, taught by trained breastfeeding counsellors and educators, to prepare you for breastfeeding. Topics include getting breastfeeding off to a good start, maintaining a good milk supply, and how to know if breastfeeding is going well. Fathers are encouraged to attend too!
Our classes are focused on breastfeeding, and conducted in an engaging and interactive format. Our instructors are mothers with many years of breastfeeding and helping other mothers breastfeed.
This workshop is held every third Saturday every other month, unless otherwise noted.
