– Warm down with infinity yoga walking style
– Diaphragmatic Breathing Exercises & Techniques

20 Minutes: Self massage and suitable Asana for pregnant women
– Introduction of Self massage
– Introduction of Asana (Physical Posture)

10 Minutes: Do and Don’t for pregnant women

20 Minutes: Diet and lifestyle for pregnant women
– Alkaline Food and Acidic Food
– Sentient Food, Mutative Food and Static Food
– Easy Digestive Choices of Food
